On 1 March 2005, the Department's circulars and information
bulletins system was replaced by the Policy
Directive, Guideline and Information Bulletin system.
The replaced system can still be accessed, but be aware
that the information there is not current. All current policy
directives, guidelines and information bulletins are now in
the new system.
Information bulletins issued prior to 2005 are listed below
and have not been incorporated in the new system.
