Summary
The policy sets out the clinical trial research agreement that is required for use in clinical trials that are sponsored by pharmaceutical companies and conducted in NSW public health organisations. The policy also advises of the procedures that should be followed by an Area Health Service where a pharmaceutical company makes alterations to the standard agreement or chooses to use their own clinical trial agreement.
