Notes:
There were around 50 separations that had a record of dental caries (diagnosis fields 1-5) and hadn't a record of procedure of removal or restoration of teeth (procedure fields 1-5 were checked). There were around 300 separations with a record of removal or restoration of teeth without a record of dental caries (fields 1-5 checked in both instances) in NSW in 2005-06. These two figures do not include estimates for interstate separations.
