The Organ Donor Service in NSW is responsible for coordinating all deceased organ donations within NSW/ACT, whilst providing professional education and the NSW/ACT community with accurate information and education campaigns about organ donation and the processes involved. Bereavement follow-up is provided to donor families through the Next Step Programme.
