The seminar will take place on Thursday, September 5th at 6:00 PM at Harold Park Community Hall, 1 Dalgal Way, Forest Lodge, 2034. Tony Robbins once said, "A person with good health has many desires, but a sick person has only one." Who This Is For: Women who are committed to their health. What is a Health Map? A health map is a powerful tool that maintains focus on health. While many set goals in various life aspects, health often remains overlooked. Do you want to maintain health? Understand how to set and achieve health goals? If so, a health map will assist you! Seminar Agenda: Interactive introduction to set the stage. Goal-setting within the health domain. Insights into traditional medicine and preventative diagnostics. Alongside a GP, we'll devise personal screening plans and discuss which scans are free for Australian residents. Balanced nutrition as the cornerstone of health, demonstrated by a nutritionist who will guide us in assembling and enjoying a healthy meal. Emphasis on movement and daily life integration, with simple exercises demonstrated by a fitness trainer to help maintain our body’s energy.
